I Didn't Feel Like Lifting Today...But I Did.

I shall begin today's post with a whiny moment: ABD's lifting is ha-a-a-a-ard. ::pouty face::

Ok. Now that that is done. Here was the lifting routine ABD emailed:

Seated Leg Extensions x 3s x 12r @ 80lbs
Dumbbell Squats 3s x 12r @ 30-40lbs (I did 30lbs.)

Kneeling Leg Curls x 3s x 12r @ 50-60lbs (I did 50lbs.)
Stiff-Leg Dumbbell Deadlifts x 3s x 12r @ 30-40lbs (I did 30lbs.)

Inclined Dumbbell Chest Flyes x 3s x 12r @ 15-20lbs (I did 20lbs.)
Flat Press x 3s x 12r @ 20-25lbs (I did 20lbs.)

Bent-over Barbell Row x 3s x 12r @ 30lbs
Reverse Grip Pull-downs x 3s x 12r @ 50-60lbs (I did 50 lbs.)

Seated Freemotion Shoulder Press x 3s x 12r @ 30-40lbs (I did 35lbs.)
Dumbbell Side Raises x 3s x 12r @ 10-15lbs (I did 10lbs.)

Seated Dumbbell Hammer Curls x 3s x 12r @ 20-25lbs (Your hands face each other such that your thumb would be pointed up the whole time) (I did 20lbs.)
Lying Barbell Triceps Extension x 3s x 12r @ 30-40lbs (I did 35lbs.)

Hanging Leg Raises x 3s x 15r


A few notes: I did, in fact, notice these were pairings this time and did them as such. That means that I did 12 reps of the first exercise, then immediately did 12 reps of the second, then rested. That would be one of the three sets. Also, I am confident that ABD did *not* mean 30 lb barbell bent-over rows. That weight was so easy, it was embarrassing to do in front of all the men in Man-Land. I *think* he meant 30lb dumbbell bent-over rows. Those would have hurt. But he didn't put that, so I didn't do that. ::large grin::

Next workout tomorrow! It's a double shot (just for you, Tom A.) of cardio--Sole Sister run in the morning and Latin Fusion in the evening. I plan on 'moviendo mis caderas' and being 'en fuego'.
