Update from Daytona Beach #2

I woke up at 5:55 am this morning to get ready for a 6:05 am departure to Dunkin Donuts with Dana and Victor. Victor graced us with his presence at 6:14 am. I informed him he owed me 9 minutes of sleep. :)

After fueling up, Victor and I hit the hotel gym to lift weights. There were a lot of teenagers there! Who knew they would wake up early-ish to lift? Didn't see that coming. Glad that Devon had given me an all dumbbell set--meant I had to fight less for the very limited weight machine selection. Victor critiqued my front raises form--me and ABD will be discussing this Tuesday...

Here's the routine:

DB Squats x 4s x 15r @ 35-40 lbs (I used 40 lb DBs.)
DB Stiff-Leg Deadlifts x 4s x 20r @ 35-40 lbs (I used 40 lb DBs.)
Bent-over DB Rows x 3s x 12r @ 25-30 lbs (I used 30 lb DBs.)
Flat DB Presses x 3s x 10r @ 20-25lbs (I used 25 lb DBs.)
Lying DB Pullover x 3s x 10r @ 25-30 lbs (I used a 25 lb DB.)
DB Front Raises x 3s x 15r @ 10-15 lbs (I used 15 lb DBs.)
Standing DB Biceps Curls x 4s x 10r @ 15-20lbs (I used 15 lb DBs.)
Lying DB Triceps Extensions x 4s x 15r @ 10-15 lbs (I used 15 lb DBs.)
Bicycles x 3s x 20r


Next workout: running 7 miles tomorrow! It's way too humid to run outside, so I'll be doing it on the treadmill!
