Wednesday, 1/20/2010 - Cardio: 50 min. treadmill (4 min Z2, 4 min Z3, 1 min Z4, 1 min Z1, repeat)
Thurs. 1/21/2010: Resistance Training: Lunges x 3s x 15r @ 20-25lbs
Push-ups with hands on BOSU x 3s x 15r
Seated Leg Curls x 3s x 20r @ 65-75lbs
Close-Grip Lat Pulldowns x 3s x 15r @ 60-70lbs (same V-shaped handle used for Seated Rows)
Cable Upright Rows x 3s x 15r @ 30-40lbs (use a straight bar and the cable machine)
Long-Lever Floor Crunches x 3s x 20r (hold your hands straight above your head and don't keep them there. Don't sweep them forward)
Scissor Lying Leg Raises x 3s x 15r
Alternating-Arm Dumbbell Biceps Curls x 3s x 15r @ 15-20lbs
Cable Triceps Pushdowns x 3s x 20r @ 25-30lbs
Fri. 1/22/2010 : Rest
Today was good. I felt more energized eating the appropriate foods and actually hydrating properly. I feel like my body is very happy with me. As much as *I* love the unhealthy foods, I am pretty sure, my body does not.
