Today was my second T.E.A.M. Weight Loss class. It was a special class where we got to take Pilates... ::irritated facial expression::
I have never taken Pilates. For good reasons. In one general fitness class we did one Pilates move. It hurt. Bad. I don't want to. But I did it. Cause that's what I do. And I cannot physically do most of the moves. The ones I could, I know I did not do properly. I feel like I wasted my personal training session.
So, no momentous calorie burning today. But I have stuck to my calorie levels for two days now...
