I'm AWESOME!

Today at T.E.A.M. Weight Loss it was weigh in day...my first one! It hasn't been a full week for me. Only 5 days. So I was expecting a little. Hoping for not nothing. I stepped on the scale and looked my trainer right in the eye and told him that I had better have lost weight because I stuck to his stupid diet plan. He laughed at me and said, is 6 pounds enough? YES!

It was a short workout due to the weigh in and stuff. But here are my stats:

Calories Burned: 363
Total Miles: 1.46
Total Time: 39:04 (including cool down)
Ending Heart Rate: 143

Total Pounds Lost: 6!!!!!!!
